What now?

I have learned the importance of a quality leader and administrator and the effect it has on their teachers and schools. With the proper support from a "higher up" it can be very easy and stress-free to learn new things and improve yourself, as I have seen first hand. They can help guide you to a better version of yourself that will, in turn, pour out to others around you. For these reasons, I've decided to pursue my credential in Administration.

I have begun studying to take the CPACE. There are resources online, test preparation classes, videos, practice exams, and study books.

I had a date set to take my exam, but due to Coid-19 shutdowns it was canceled. I will reschedule the exam when in-person restrictions are lifted.

In the future, I plan to go into an administration role within the Special Education department.

Before I graduated with my BA, I said I wasn't going to continue school to get my MA, but then I chose to. Before I graduated with my MA, I said I was done with school, but then I chose to pursue my Administration Credential. Keep pushing your self forward, I promise you can do the next big thing!
