CSTP 5 Assessing Students for Learning
My professional growth goal for the year was CSTP 5: Assessing Students for learning. I wanted to increase my knowledge of how I can effectively collect and examine various assessment data in order to track the student’s learning and growth to see how I can better assist them.

There was great improvement between my Initial CSTP and Final CSTP Self-Assessments. I've grown from Applying/Integrating to Integrating/Innovating in most areas.

Improvements
I'm a lifelong learner. To stay current and educated I read up on the current strategies, laws, and curriculums. I also attend PD and trainings as often as I can. Through this process, I've learned many valuable skills that I can apply within the classroom. I have even chosen to begin studying for my Administration Credential.
